Delivery Policy

We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form.

All deliveries by post will incur delivery charges as determined by the courier service of our choice. The delivery charges are not included in the product price and shall be borne by the Customer.

We aim to deliver within five (5) to seven (7) working days but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. You will receive a tracking number for goods delivered by postage.

If you have not received your good within seven (7) working days, please notify us by calling our customer service at (603) 2170 8098 or by sending an e-mail to csd.fa@francazure.com.my.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you have provided to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

We are unable to ship internationally. However, we do have transactional websites in China, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore.

Inovital Cassia Plus is a combination of three ingredients: Cassia Seed, Goji Berry and Grape Seed Extract. It is rich in nutrients that effectively improves general eyes health and reduces eyestrain.

Active Ingredients

Cassia Seed Extract (Semen Cassia Obtusifolia), also called Jue Ming Zi in Chinese name, is a Chinese herb that is good at soothing the eyes. It also helps to improve the vision and cure blurred vision, redness, itchiness, congestion or light sensitivity caused by hot wind conditions.
Goji Berry Extract (Fructus Lycium barbarum), also known as Gou Qi Zi, is a powerful antioxidants. It contain high amount of carotenoids such as beta-carotene and zeaxanthin that make up the macular pigment, which protects our eyes from the harmful effects of the harmful component of sunlight or ultra violet light.
Grape Seed Extract (Semen Vitis vinifera) composed of a complex mixture of flavonoids, Vitamin E, linoleic acid, and phenolic procyanidins. The active agents of extract are mostly polyphenols or OPCs (oligomeric procyanidins), which are the potent antioxidants that are believed to be 20 times greater than vitamin E and 50 times greater than vitamin C.

Direction of use

Take 1-2 capsule(s) once daily, after meal.

Precautions

Contraindicated in pregnant women.
Breastfeeding, patients under medical conditions are advised to consult your pharmacist/doctor before taking this product.
Frequent or prolonged use of this preparation may result in dependence towards the product and ‘imbalanced electrolytes’.
