Active Ingredients

• Inulin is a healthy food ingredient with a natural origin, the chicory root. Inulin is a soluble dietary fiber that promotes digestive health by enriching the fiber content of food. Moreover, it has a prebiotic effect, increasing the intestinal bifidobacterial and helps maintain a good intestinal environment. Because inulin has a low caloric value and promotes satiety, it can make a significant contribution to weight management. It even stimulates calcium absorption, resulting in improved bone health.
• Guarana is a natural nutrient rich in caffeine, which can reduce fatigue, improve focus and boost metabolism. Guarana seeds may contain 4-6 times more caffeine than coffee beans hence it acts as an excellent source of caffeine, which helps to maintain focus and boost metabolism by 3–11% over 12 hours. Preparation

Hot

Add 150ml of hot water (85 ^oC - 90 ^oC), stir well and enjoy.

Cold

Add 80ml of hot water and stir well. Add ice and enjoy.
