Delivery Policy

We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form.

All deliveries by post will incur delivery charges as determined by the courier service of our choice. The delivery charges are not included in the product price and shall be borne by the Customer.

We aim to deliver within five (5) to seven (7) working days but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. You will receive a tracking number for goods delivered by postage.

If you have not received your good within seven (7) working days, please notify us by calling our customer service at (603) 2170 8098 or by sending an e-mail to csd.fa@francazure.com.my.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you have provided to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

We are unable to ship internationally. However, we do have transactional websites in China, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore.

The Auziere Nomad Air Purifier diffuses negative ions along with Auziere essential oils into the air, making the air around you aromatic and healthy. Highly portable, it can be worn as a necklace or clipped on clothes, allowing you to fully enjoy both a clean fresh air and the benefits of Auziere essential oils.

Depending on you style and mood, you can either hang the Auziere Nomad Air Purifier around the neck using the provided lanyard or clip the device on a pocket.
The Auziere Nomad Air Purifier can be quickly detached without removing the lanyard from neck, by simply unscrewing the metal ‘connector’ on lanyard.

AIR PURIFIER OPERATION

Air Purifier
• Press the button to turn on/off the air purifier function. The negative ions generated will purify the air.
• A continuous green light indicates that the ionization is in progress.
• A blinking green light indicates low power and that it is time to recharge the Air Purifier.
• No light response when pressing the button indicates that the battery is fully drained. It has to be recharged.
• With a fully charged battery, the Air Purifier can run continuously for 20 hours. It allows you to take it everywhere with you.

Essential oil diffusion
• Unscrew the cap of one 10ml Auziere essential oil bottle of your choice
• Take out the wick holder from the Air Purifier bottom right hand corner.
• Pour 1 to 2 drops of essential oil on the top of the wick.
• Then, insert the wick back in the Air Purifier.
The Air Purifier does not have to be charged in order to diffuse essential oil.

How to wear the Air Purifier?

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• Do not diffuse during sleeping time.
• Some Auziere essential oils are not suitable for diffusion. Please read carefully the instructions of each essential oil. For further information with your choice of essential oil for diffusion, check out Auziere official website: www.Auziere.com
• This product includes small objects that might be swallowed accidentally.
• Do not disassemble the device.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Keep all essential oil bottles away from flames.
• Diffusion is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• Please consult a physician if you feel any discomfort while using the device.
• Please contact the supplier if a malfunction occurs.
• Please contact the supplier if the purifier does not work.
• In case of abnormal situations such as smoke, peculiar smell, turn off the purifier and contact the supplier.
