Delivery Policy

We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form.

All deliveries by post will incur delivery charges as determined by the courier service of our choice. The delivery charges are not included in the product price and shall be borne by the Customer.

We aim to deliver within five (5) to seven (7) working days but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. You will receive a tracking number for goods delivered by postage.

If you have not received your good within seven (7) working days, please notify us by calling our customer service at (603) 2170 8098 or by sending an e-mail to csd.fa@francazure.com.my.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you have provided to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely. 

We are unable to ship internationally. However, we do have transactional websites in China, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore.
